As individuals and as a community, we can all make a difference by insisting suppliers provide transparency of their supply chain. In 2014, we established our own manufacturing facility in Vietnam which entailed purchasing a modern built Factory and providing a large investment in equipment where we now employ approx. 90-100 staff who apart from above award wages and overtime, are supplied meals and given many employment privileges like Health and Pension entitlements also. In addition our factory has a cooling facility to ensure employees work in a comfortable clean environment to the benefit of all concerned.
This ownership of our offshore manufacturing facility and its operation exclusively for ourselves allows for direct control over :-

- Delivery Timeframes
- Manufacturing volume
